Individual therapy sessions consist of forty-five to fifty minutes of direct therapy along with parent feedback, education and ideas for home carryover.
Services can be provided in office or remotely via teletherapy.
Prior to each client starting services, an initial consultation/meet and greet is completed either in person or over the phone with the parent/guardian and the client. If the family decides to pursue services with me, during this time the intake forms will be completed. The initial consultation is fifteen to thirty minutes long.
Evaluations of Speech and Language are also available; time for the evaluation varies though on average takes two hours.
Upon request Angela will also attend client's IEP meetings at their schools.
Angela is also available to provide parent and/or professional educational seminars related to Speech Language Pathology.
PAYMENTS
Angela Flintoff, M.S. CCC-SLP LLC is a a Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts contracting provider. I accept BCBS PPO, HMO Blue and BCBS Indemnity plans.
Angela Flintoff, MS CCC-SLP LLC is also a contracting provider with Harvard Pilgrim Health Care.
I accept private pay for those with insurance that I do not contract with as a provider. Please contact me directly for private payment rates. I provide either monthly invoices or weekly receipts with both the diagnostic codes and therapeutic intervention codes for clients to submit to their insurance for reimbursement. At this time I accept cash, check, credit cards and Paypal.
